La linaclotida es un p\u00e9ptido c\u00edclico sint\u00e9tico de 14 amino\u00e1cidos y un agonista de la guanilato ciclasa C (GC-C). Al activar los receptores GC-C de las c\u00e9lulas epiteliales intestinales, la linaclotida aumenta los niveles de GMPc, potencia la secreci\u00f3n de cloruro y agua y acelera el tr\u00e1nsito intestinal. Se utiliza para aliviar los trastornos relacionados con el estre\u00f1imiento, incluido el s\u00edndrome del intestino irritable con estre\u00f1imiento y el estre\u00f1imiento cr\u00f3nico o funcional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
