O linaclotide \u00e9 um p\u00e9ptido c\u00edclico sint\u00e9tico de 14 amino\u00e1cidos e um agonista da guanilato ciclase-C (GC-C). Ao ativar os receptores GC-C nas c\u00e9lulas epiteliais intestinais, o linaclotide aumenta os n\u00edveis de GMPc, aumenta a secre\u00e7\u00e3o de cloreto e \u00e1gua e acelera o tr\u00e2nsito intestinal. \u00c9 utilizado para aliviar as perturba\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas com a obstipa\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo a s\u00edndrome do intestino irrit\u00e1vel com obstipa\u00e7\u00e3o e a obstipa\u00e7\u00e3o cr\u00f3nica ou funcional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
